At Norvexora, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This Return and Refund Policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled.


Return Window

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs.
  • However, if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, the return shipping cost will be covered by us.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please contact us if you have questions about your specific item.


Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the correct item is to return the original product once the return is accepted and then place a new order separately.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging, along with proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
